You are not alone. We are here for you.
We’re a group of individuals and families, just like you. We come together to build a supportive community in Wokingham, West Berkshire, and Pembrokeshire.
We aim to help you:
CONNECT: A listening ear and shoulder to lean on.
Come and connect with other autistic or neurodiverse adults or parents and carers at our regular drop-in sessions. Share your experiences, find help and know that you are understood.
BE ACTIVE: Fun activities for everyone.
We provide activities for children and teenagers, social groups for adults and outings for the whole family. We want to create opportunities for connection and joy.
FEEL SUPPORTED: Practical help and advice.
If you need help navigating diagnosis, education, benefits, or day to day advice our friendly team is here to guide you. We offer free advice via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
LEARN: Training and workshops.
We empower parents, carers, and professionals with the knowledge and skills to better understand and support autistic and neurodiverse individuals.
Our journey started in 2005 as a small group of parents but we’ve grown into a thriving charity thanks to the support and generosity of our funders.
